hi , my name is kunal shetty , i recently purchased 3 pearl necklaces for my mother from china , which has been detained at customs at santa cruz mumbai , i received a letter today asking me to sedn the purchase bill/ invoice , which i faxed immediately , calls to the number on the letter from them went unanswered , i dont know what to do , i chewcked online and there is no duty on cultured pearls upto 10 kgs , will i ever see the parcel , please advise me , thanks in advance kunal shetty      |
