Unhappy Conversion od CMC khatha to BBMP khatha

Hi,

I am a resident of Bangalore. After bringing in large parts of what was Outer Bangalore under the new BBMP, BBMP says all properties which were part of CMC earlier have to get fresh khathas under BBMP. This process of getting BBMP khatha is a big pain. Any experiences??
