I am Sudhir Kumar Gupta working with a Private firm. Earlier I was working with A travel Agency in Chanakya Puri, New Delhi. I worked for more than six years. Company depossited PF for more than 4 Years in case.

Now I left the Job due to some disputes with MD. and he refused to sign my PF form, asking me to rejoin first.

I am sure my money in PF is more than 75000/-. Now in this new company PF is not deducted.

Now I want to know 1.What is total amount in my account. & 2. How to withdraw my amount without Directors sign, 3. What ction can be taken against such Directors who are not signing the PF Withdrawal form as more than 6-7 employees in my company could not withdraw due to non cooperative nature of my MD.

To withdraw PF amount (by JPS 50 Sir):Get the PF Closure form Fill in all the details everything. Get a signature of a gazetted officers and submit it in the office.
