Need Help: Test Answer Sheets

Hi

we have received one rti application to provide answer sheets of test conducted to recruit peons in our institute. The applicant has demanded the answer sheets of selected candidates. It seems that the applicant was a candidate who appeared in the test but was not selected. Can we provide answer sheets of the written test under rti act 2005? Is there any ruling of information commission related to this type of matter? Kindly help me..

dear Sir ,
You are are required to supply the answer-sheets as requested by the instant RTI Applicant . It has been ruled many times by CIC / State Commissions and even the High Courts .

You can supply the applicants own answer sheet directly.
For others answer sheets, third party procedure under Sec 11 might become applicable.
It depends on case to case basis.

Malhotra sir, applicant demanded answer sheets of other candidates who were selected ..he did not ask for his own answer aheet. Anyway, How can i find the judgement of information commission punjab in CC. NO.3033 of 2009 dated 27-05-2010 related to the answer sheets? It is not accessible at SICP home page.
