Can somebody please help me with the below points or guide me to information about the same
1) How are Stamp-duty and Registration charges calculated for a MHADA flat. Please explain or re-direct to a knowledgebase.
2) If I buy a MHADA flat under resale do I also need to get the flat transferred under my name with MHADA. If yes, why? - please explain or redirect to a knowledgebase.
