RTI act 2005 para 9 of rule 2(f)

what type of infomation can not be covered under para 9 of rule 2(f) of RTI act 2005 ?

Can you please clarify further ?
Are you referring to the definition of "information" in Sec 2(f) ?
Which is the para 9 ?

I had requested the following information from the sports deptt. of haryana:
"what actions have been taken against the some employees of the sports deptt for consuming liquor in the government building ?"
The concerned deptt replied with the following information:
" The information you have requested for can not be covered under para 9 of rule 2(f) of RTI Act 2005."
So i want to know what does it mean? plz help me.

You can seek only those information which is under the control of the concerned public authority. you can not ask any question about any function which is the discretion of that public authority. Because Under this act you can only get the information which that public authority holds but you can not ask any opinion that why it is not done or done?

your query is interrogatory .
you can ask for information in following manner :
" please provide documents / records showing action taken on xxx in zzzzz matter "
