copy of petition with objection from High court through RTI.
Hi there,
I need a certified copy of petition along with objection on this petition from High court. Can I ask the same through RTI? I suppose RTI doesn’t cover the High court. this petition is belong to a correcpted govt. employee.

Better apply as per Court Rules [instead of RTI] AND see if you are allowed to have it .Sponsorer
OR you may additionally file RTI Application also .
In either case you have to know the case number , type of case , names of parties .
