Question: resevation for physically handicapped in deptt. competitive exam for promotion from jto (Civil ) to SDE(Civil )

Dear Sir,
I am working in BSNL/DOT . as per govt. of india order post of SDE (Civil ) is emmarked for Ph Category. 67% vacancy of sde (Civil ) is through seniority cum fitness bases and 33% is direct through departmantal competitive exam. as per govt. of india order there is reservation in direct recruitment in gr. B &A . but BSNL is not implementing it . it is not giving resevation to ph category in deptt. competitive exam . you are requested to kindly ask either to BSNL or to deptt. of perssonel & training for implementation of govt. of india order or kindly give me the address of officer of DOPT to get information

U can file appln with CPIO of Head Office or any office of BSNL. For format and guidelines, pl visit ALL ABOUT RTI icon on home page. DoPT is not in picture in your case.

hello, i am anil gupta working in oriental insurance co. posted muzaffarnagar (u.p).i am OPH with 40%,earlier my company was not providing reservation to PH. than i moved to ccpwd noida (now new delhi) he ordered to provide reservation.but in deptt.comp.exam still no reservation.than i moved to high court allahabad.high court ordered that if there is reservation in promotion handicapped person can seek relaxation and other benefit in the same manner as to sc/st,but my comp. still not providing benefit of reservation to ph.,now what we have to do, is there any forum or organization which can help.

Mr Gupta, i have uploaded one of my RTI where i asked questions regarding implementation of 3% reservation in my medical college. You can go through it and change the questions to promotion. Understandably, you wont get desired response. Dont get disheartened. Forward it to State Commissioner Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Your state. Wait for their response.Even they fail to react then write to Chief Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities,New Delhi and send a copy to your state commissioner and Director Disabilities, Ministry of S,J & E.

Probably you might get justice but mind you this is a little bit long process.CCPD is considered better than high courts thats why i am surprised to see justice being not done in Mr Aneja's case.

hi,i am working in oriental insurance co.(oicl) since 1989, my co. is a psu controlled by finance min.,reservation started in the 1984 for p.h. in direct recruitment,it was extended to promotion from the year 1989,oicl issued a letter in the year 2000 that he has received a letter from finmin to provide reservation to ph and we are going to start reservation from 2001, i made so many request to oicl,but no replies from my employer,i move to ccpwd with request to order the oicl to start reservation from 1996.ccpd just order to start reservation but keep mum from which year, here i would like to emphasize that it was yearly process for departmental promotion. than i move to high court allahabad file a writ for implementation of reservation from the date of letter,high court ordered that there is no doubt about the implementation of letter of 1989, but you have no mentioned yearly vanccies in your writ writ petition so no order can be passed, i move a rti application to oicl that from which year they are providing reservation to ph, they replied from the year 1996 we are providing reservation, now it is clear that they filed a affedevit in high court ,i made a representation to my cmd to settle the issue, but again they did not replied,now what i should do. please help me

Can U try contempt of court proceedings against executives of the company, for not obeying decisions of HC, in addition to what Dr.Phalswal has suggested?
