Hello!

I am a new member , does not know much about the site.

I am normally extremely busy. I need to Apply for renew/ fresh passport after it is getting expired.

It is expiring in Oct. 08.
Question - will it be new or renewal?
Fees??
Whether Cheque payable at Par all over India will be alright or Only DD will be reqd.?
If stay at present locaton is less than 1 year, where the pass port will be issued??
I want Pass port at Permanant Place , where I was staying earlier.

What should I fill against point no.9- Address

I had downloaded the appln form for renewal from the site. i got interview at a given date what shuld i take and go?

In fact renewal is treated as new passport, as far as formalities are concerned. One has to carry originals of all papers submitted with application form.
