As per your information it seems that its a private colllege. You need to file the
RTI application regarding your query to the
PIO of the concerned university .
The case seems to be of fraud and cheating. If you have all the documents showing the difference between the promised and the real salary then you can go to the police also. But the best way to teach the college a lesson will be to expose its management's fraud and wrong doings to the university and the AICTE.
One of the other ways will be to file an
RTI application to the
PIO of AICTE asking for the details of faculty provided by the college to the AICTE monitoring committee.
