pay fixation for Short Service Commissioned Officer
I have completed 5 year Short Service Commission with ARMY service and presently working with Central Government Organization. I would like to know is I am eligible for Fixation of Pay ? Which Rules and regulation act it is applicable in case I am eligible for Fixation of Pay? Should I need to pay back my gratuity in order to process my fixation of pay ?
