Seniority

I am working as clerk in kerala health dept.i was 2 numbers behind in the provisional seniority list published. I was appealed with full evidence documents within the prescribed period for reassigning my rank.but the authority not considered and published the final rank list.at the end of the final list there was a sentence "all the appeals are considered"
then i have placed an rti appln.and asked about my appeal and about the last sentence.i got a reply ur appeal will be considered,and then within one month i am reassigned 2 nos. Above.

i also give supports to person to seek information under RTI.This is the most powerful and effective weapon to gain the rights,removing corruption and if it used properly we can make an energetic beurocrasy. because no official cant throw any application of a common man into waste basket. so every one make sure to obtain proper receipt for their appln.
