Success of RTI with PIO O/O the DSE Giridih Jharkhand The PIO under scann was qustioned to furnish the information but he was admant not to furnish the same,matter has been reported to all including information comm. of jharkhand but no action. I was running from dead pillar to dead post but when the PIO has been slapped with legal notice under CP act every thing has been changed information has been furnished as a good boy. This is the suceess story in short in the state of jharkhand.
