Online Driving License
Hi, I am a native of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh & have got a Driving License from the RTO which is valid till 2020.
But in due course of time its condition has become bad & it has got torn as my license was issued in 2005 when it used to be printed on a4 sheet.
Please guide me if there is any procedure to get my license reissued & get the new smart card/ credit card shaped Driving License. If there is some method online, it would be more than helpful.
