Re: Indemnity Bond of MC
Anees,
This portal is dedicated to exclusively discussing matters related to the RTI Act 2005.
Members cannot provide you any information about matters which are not related to RTI.
Every day members pose various requests for information like allotment for DDA housing, their PF transfers and other such queries. We cannot answer any of them. The only thing we can do is to guide the poster as to how to use RTI and interpret the law correctly.
You have made another post today (Indemnity Bond from Managing Committee members) and since the matter concerned RTI, a member has immediately given a reply in that thread.
In any case, if you use the search function and search for "indemnity bond" or M20" (I think that is what it is called) you might get some information - even though it is not related to RTI.
Please appreciate that all of us are here on a voluntary basis and if we are to answer each and every query unrelated to RTI, it will disproportionately divert our resources away from the main aim.
