Whether Indemnity Bond by commitee members should be Sumitted to Registatar of Co-oprerative Housing Society or with the society itself. Whether you need any authorisation in the Indemnity Bond by the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Society. Indemnity bond to be made in Rs.100/- or Rs. 200/- Stamp Paper. Kindly reply back.
