is a daughter of allotee a member of Rwa I am a resident of a dda colony in south delhi.I have been residing here for the past 20 years.The house is in my mothers name.I was not allowed to stand for election of president by the Rwa saying I need a power of attorney first.
They dont have any copy of bye lavs either for ready reference.
I want to know if this is correct practice?is the sibling residing in the colony not entitled to stand for election and not considered a member?I have paid all past dues.
