Welcome to this portal having 11200+ members all over India and abroad. If the connected dept is not replying pl file RTI appln with office of District Collector by following RTI rules applicable to AP available at http://www.scic.ap.gov.in/. Pl ask for the exact procedure for obtaining ration card and reasons for not accepting fresh application by civil supply dept etc. Pl request to send you format of application also for ration card.Sponsorer
