RTI cell in Ministries Rs 50000 grant
DoPT had set up a "RTI cell" in its office and this had resulted in a better system for handling RTI applications.
Based on this experience, DoPT has now recommended that Ministries/Departments set up similar "RTI Cells".
For this purpose, it has agreed to give a one time grant of Rs 50,000.
