Thank you all for encouraging me. Here in our state we are to face so many SPIOs who are very much reluctant to furnish proper information. Why they are intersted to save some corrupt persons and so avoiding queries by any means, is not at all clear to me. There should be some honest officer . Is there any specific instruction from the higher up that those PIOs will always try to help the corrupts ?---- Abhijeet
