Can complain & appeal be made in a single application to cic/sic? Can complain & appeal is permissible separately but at the same time?

Is it possible to evoke section 18 & 19 simultaneously in a single application to cic / sic, although case is permissible in both section or separate application to cic/sic by implementing section 18 & 19 respectively in same/single case is permissible simultaneously.

this is something different what i have asked, that is, can the provision of section 18 & 19 can be used in a single application / separately simultaneously at the SAME time.

Please read the second link in Post#3 of above link which distinguish both item. It is for you to choose.

I have preferred second appeal with CIC under Sec-19(3) read with Sec-18(2) and Sec-20(1) &(2). The matter is awaiting hearing.
