Victimised for filing RTI applications in my department
Sir,
I am working as UDC in Income-tax Appellate tribunal (ministry of law and justice) till 27.05.2011 at Visakhapatnam. Since, I made 3 applications under RTI Act 2005, to our department requesting them to inform about the status of my representations made for Cadre review, copies of recruitment rules, rosters, etc., then all of a sudden, they transferred me to Pune by making me a victim (they picked me out of entire 100+ UDCs of ITAT), by relieving me from the duties at Visakhpatnam on 27.05.2011 (date of transfer order).
Sir, is there any thing I can do, to make a compliant against this injustice and attitude of our Head Office.
Kindly, suggest me the correct procedure and oblige.
Yours sincerely,
Madhu Kumar

You need to first make a representation about this victimization for seeking information to the head of your public authority, and if you do not get redressal of your greivance in a reasonable time limit (say 1 month), you will have to move to court.
You can use the attached decisions to strengthen your case, and share the results on this portal for the benefit of those similarly affected
