2 nd hearing at first appelate autority dear friends,
Given a property address i want to know its owner and the building plan approved by DDA.The PIO rejected my application under Section 8(1)j,by saying that the information belongs to third party. The PIO even did not inform the third party.I went for appeal. With the intervention of first AA, third party was informed and also called me for second hearing. The information required is not exempted under section 8 and 9 of the Act and public interest clearly outweighs the confidentiality of the third party. So help me which points i should I raise before First AA weighing my application
