RTI Reply Search I want to find out the unfilled seats in IITs, IIMs and the Medical Colleges across India in the past 5 years. Filing individual RTIs now would be time consuming, and I'm sure multiple RTIs must have been filed in this regard previously. Where do I find the replies to the aforementioned RTIs ? I have searched as much as possible. Please help.

Dear Friend,Sponsorer
Submit your application to PIO, O/o the Ministry Human Resource Development, New Delhi with request to transfer the application if the PIO deemed it fit s/he can transfer the application to the public authority that holds the information. HDR is the nodal ministry in the matter and as a citizen you have a right to seek information/s from nodal ministry. Now that the DoPT circular on not transferring application to multiple authorities have been deleted by CIC, this would work in your favour. Happy information seeking.

I already replied to you on my visitors page.
Please do not make multiple posts on the same topic subject.
You will only end up confusing yourself with the multiplicity of replies from members.
