My sister was selected for a teachers post in one of WB state govt schools, but authorities had earmarked it for local MLA's relative. Subsequent to which we file a case in Calcutta HC, court asks to give the post to my sister but they did not follow it, subsequent court gives ruling of contempt of court in 2005 but since then the case is not comming up for hearing pls guide how we can use RTI for our benifit.
