Re: Excess claim of family pension even through the claimant has expired.
Dear srivijjoy,Sponsorer
RTI 2005 is only meant for taking Information from the concern department.
as you have submitted complaints on 16/09/2010 to FA & CAO & Vigilance about the matter.
& you feel that no action has beet taken by them?
my suggestion is do the same with the Bank also. Inform the bank regarding the matter it is bank who sends all pension related documents to the concern Department.
as I too have to do the same ( inform the bank as My father a Retire Railway employee died on 9th may 2011. I have given his death certificate to bank with application) bank has to do rest. no role of Railways in family pension.
But in your case cheating is done by Railway Employee you have taken the right step by complaining on 16/09/2010 to FA & CAO & Vigilance about the matter.
file a RTI application to Public Information Officer Zonal Railways
FA & CAO & Vigilance about the matter.
ask for
1) action taken report on the complaint you have submitted on 16/09/2010.
2) day to day movement of the file on the complaint you have submitted on 16/09/2010.
RTI sample application form is available on this site..
