PF Transfer - now done 2 days after RTI !

RTI works !!!

I filed the attached RTI and received the PF transfer within 2 days of receipt of RTI application!

After 7 days of receipt of the application, I received a reply stating that Rs. 2/- was required for sending the information.

Does one have to have copies of the documents submitted to file an RTI? I had filed for PF withdrawal in March this year and all I've got so far is an sms in June saying that the application was received. I don't have a copy of the application. Can I still send an RTI?
