Pls correct some of the technical error..

The speed for you BB Home cambo ULD 900 should be 4mbps and not 4 MB.

Please check actual speed of your broadband by visiting this site and send them a copy of snapshot if possible.

Re: Help - please review my first RTI applications

Thanks Karira and Dinesh for the suggestions. Attached is the modified version of the RTI application. Requesting you to do a final review. Thanks

    One more questions:
I had also escalated this issue to Nodal office who gave me a docket number but didn't respond after the initial docket number email. Please advice if I should file a similar RTI for that docket number as well.
What is the best practice - use the customer care docket number or the nodal officer docket number? or file a single RTI with both the docket number? or file separate RTI For both the document number?

    Looking forward to your advice.
    Regards,
