Help - please review my first RTI applications
Hi,
I am filing a RTI with BSNL Bangalore to know the status of my docket number. I feel that my RTI is technically not upto the mark. Requesting the experts in the forum to suggest changes to the attached RTI document. Your quick help is much appreciated.

1. Address it to the Central Public Information Officer.Sponsorer
2. Change Item No. 4 to:
"Certified copy of rules and regulations under which, action can be taken against a officer or staff member who do not adhere to the Service Level Agreement. Please provide copies of the action taken against officers and staff who....."

Pls correct some of the technical error..
The speed for you BB Home cambo ULD 900 should be 4mbps and not 4 MB.
Please check actual speed of your broadband by visiting this site and send them a copy of snapshot if possible.

One more questions:
I had also escalated this issue to Nodal office who gave me a docket number but didn't respond after the initial docket number email. Please advice if I should file a similar RTI for that docket number as well.
What is the best practice - use the customer care docket number or the nodal officer docket number? or file a single RTI with both the docket number? or file separate RTI For both the document number?
Looking forward to your advice.
