Need Help: RTI fee payment

I live in chandigarh.

I wish to apply an RTI query to
(1) Indian Railways
(2) UPSC
(3) NTPC

What would be the easiest way to pay the fee ?

Would the direct payment at post-office scheme apply to all these?

I understand that all above aorganizations come under central gov. and hence the fee is Rs.10/- (i only seek a single page of info.)

Welcome to this portal having 12000+ members. Indian postal order available at nearby post office is the cheapest and easy mode of paying filing fee of Rs.10/- for central govt info.
