Congratulations on using the
RTI successfuly to get the info. But surprisingly, the order of the
CIC does not give the reasons for its decision. It is very essential to give the rationale of the decision so that the PIOs are benefitted and note the same for future compliance.
CIC should take note of this requirement. In the name of speedy disposal the system should not become the casualty.
