Age relaxation - Ex serviceman.
Sir, In the Common Bank Test for bank PO and Managment trainee the age relaxation for Ex- Serviceman is 5 years and in the dropdown menu for date of birth year is starting from 1976. Where as Ex- serviceman are eligible for age relaxation equal to their serving period. That is an ex-serviceman who has put up 20 years of service and his age is 48. Then eligibility age for this exam should be 48 - 20 = 28. Clarification sought from ibpsorg.com and helpdesk, but I could not get any reply. Hence Please provide the iinformation at the earliest so that I would be able to apply for the Examination.

Your query does not relate to RTI Act 2005 to which this portal is dedicated. We guide members to access information from govt. by using this law. For your benefit, please do visit ALL ABOUT RTI box on home page and success stories at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/post-y...e.html.However, you may post your query at www.bighelpers.org.
Keep on daily sending email and telegrams to ibps and some of the banks participating at their HO. You can get email IDs from website of these banks. Based on these, you can get a stay on recruitment process if you cannot participate due to defect in website. Let other ex-servicemen also start sending such mails. Army welfare association or sainik board may also be approached to represent for rectification of defect. It takes each of us to make difference for all of us.
