Public Trust Balance sheet from Income Tax dept- High Court of Gujarat
I attach judgement dated 26-11-2010 of High Court of Gujarat permitting disclosure of balance sheet of public trust by Income Tax Dept. There is important clarification on section 11 also at para 8.
