How to obtain the copy of terms and conditions laid down by CBSE for granting affiliation..??
I am teaching in a missionary school which was earlier a state board aided school. In 2006 , it switched over to CBSE board and is not getting any aid NOW. I want to find out whether they are following state board rules or cbse rules . I want to have a copy of the NOC (no objection certificate) which they have obtained from the state board to switch over to cbse. Also I want a copy of the terms and conditions under which they must have recieved the affiliation from CBSE. Whom should I write and How should I frame it.

CBSE is a public authority and you can ask them the information related to your queries including copies of orders/circular and notification etc.Sponsorer
