RTI is neither a complaint nor a solution to your grievances. It only provides you rights to get the information which is available to the Public Information Officer. The information which is already in the public domain and freely available to every citizen of India cannot be termed contempt of court.Sponsorer
Suppose someone else ask the same information instead of you, will it be a contempt of court by that person?
So go ahead and file your RTI application.

Re: Is RTI can prove to be contempt of the court ?
I happen to differ here . A court Order when directed specifically to a litigant .. he can be held liable for contempt if he acts contrary to the order ."Suppose someone else ask the same information instead of you, will it be a contempt of court by that person?"
Then there are times when anyone can be held liable for contempt , say using bad language about a Judge or a court .
But in your case , I do not believe asking for any Information [ if the queries are not provocative ] will cause any contempt of the court .
But a friendly advice : ignore and forget the past and move on with your life . If you get slaved by emotions now , you will get sucked into it .

all concern matter releted to yr case is part of yr judgment and all quiries or answer of both parties suppleyed to you through yr advocate. if you have copy of judgment please read carefully and concern yr advocate before file RTI application. i think he give you better advise about it and help you for what information require by RTI application.
