Cooperative Society Membership Form, Wakad - Pune

Hi All Respected Members,

My name is Ranjeet Choudhary, I am a Senior Programmer working in US. I bought a Flat in Wakad, Pune in 2010

The building has formed a Cooperative Society recently and have emailed the forms for membership.

The Form says is Appendix - 3 [Under the Bye Law Nos. 19(B) and 66 (V)] - Page 71
Title is The Form of application for membership of the society by and individual.

I took the print out of the form and filled and submitted to my dad and when submitted to the building secretary he wont accept it.

He says the form has to be original. The only difference in the form which i submitted and the original is that original is in green color.

I want to know if this is true and I need to submit the original form duly signed or the secretary is wrong and print of the form with duly signed is also accepted by registar.

If anyone knows the answer then pls help me else can someone give contact number of wakad, pune registar in pune and I can contact them and find out.
