A show cause notice issued to deemed PIO of New Delhi Municipa Council New Delhi under section 20(1) of RTI Act.
Since the Director (Personnal) was responsible to implement the recommendation of 6th pay commission to it's employees from 1.1.06 including the retaired employees also for to disbusement of arrears etc accured due to revised fixation of pay scale/pension.
Since due to rampat corruption in personnel derpartment no action was taken by the Director personnel to implement these orders therefore a RTI appliction was filed me seeking certain information from PIO, but same was never replied within mandated period of 30 days, so therefore i filed a complaint under section 18 of the RTI Act,2005 with CIC as per help received from this org.
Now a decision vide no.CIC/SG/C/2011/000233/12936 has been recd issuing the showcause for imposing the penality on the defaulting official.
