hi..!!
basicaly i am the polytechnic student in new delhi and i am talking to you in behalf of my father mr.
niranjan. he is working in mcd department south zone greenpark delhi. since from last 1/2 years he didnt able to get his fathers PF as he was also working at the same place and he is no more (my grandfather). my father mr niranjan continuosly applying for that PF to the concern department as he is the nomny. and still there is no response at all.
i need to hv some guidelines to file a rti against to the concern department.
plz... help me out..!!

Every public servant is required to submit Nomination to his employer while in service. Your Grandpa might have submitted such a Nomination to MCD. Please file RTI Application and seek a copy of the Nomination submitted by ....................... (your grandfather's name and designation etc.)
