    no reply form idustry department

    Dear sir,
    i have sent documents to get a industry departmentplot transferred in my name to indutry department punjab but they have not till date replied back its been nearly a year. i.e i applied in sep 2010 . what can i do and how to move about

    Sir, whether you have sent the documents through registered post or speed post? If u r having the proof for the same, you can file RTI application with Industry Department and first get the status of your representation sent last year.

    If you have sent written reminders to the department. then file a RTI application as suggested in this blog:

    Your RTI application has to be addressed to the SPIO of that department. Details will be available on the website of the department, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call them and ask "Who is the PIO in your department?"


    Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Punjab.
