i had applied to asst comnr of commercial tax chennai zone 9 the address was by mistake of dy comnr (ie- applate authority of pio or the asst commnr) i had asked for is the said c form no given to the said dealer
so the dy comnr replied me that the said c for was issued to this zone (that is his zone) for further clarification he had informed me to write to the asst comnr royapuram and also gave me the correct address

so i had applied to the asst comnr royapuram. he replied in a zig-zag manner that yhe dy comnr s office has alredy informed you and ther reply is based on our report to him

but i have not got my reply the dy.comnr reply had only clarified that the said cform no is issued to this zone . my question was the said cform no issued to the said dealer

so what do i do
shall i apply agai to the p.i.o or go for first appeal
if for first appeal what sections and decision s shall i quote

on that website the detils can be only found from today upto 2005 but information which i am seaking relates to year 2000-2001.
