Building completion certificate
I have bought a 2 BHK flat in Dadar, Mumbai. However, there is a provision for flower bed area approx 75 sqft. The builder had told me that it can be enclosed in the flat when I purchased it. But however now he is not allowing me to do so. On the contrary residents of other flats in the next wing has made the alterations. Builder is reasoning me that he has not yet received the Building Completion Certificate from the B.M.C which is mandatory for such an extension. Kindly help.
