i book my gas at Arpit gas agencies Bhilwara .my customer's no.A-8135 ,booking date 19-7-2011
till today 20-8-2011 i not rec supply i am going there 2-3 times they are telling always tommarow but sully not coming ,pls do some

Please file RTI Application with the Oil Company (HP/BP/IOC etc) and seek certified copy of following information. Dates at item(2) and(3) must be 2 days before the date of your booking LPG Refill and till date of filing of RTI Application.

(1) Certified copy of ‘Dealership Agreement’ executed by and between M/s …………………………………………………(Agency name), for distribution of Indane/HP/BP LPG cylinders, including Terms & Conditions as well as Services and facilities required to be provided by the Dealer to the consumers / Customers.

(2) List showing (1) Consumer No., (2) Date of Booking, (3) Date of Delivery & (4) Bill/Cash Memo number and date of all Domestic use Indane/HP/BP LPG Cylinders booked and delivered by ……………………………(Agency name) , from ………………to ……………………..(date)


(3) Date-wise quantity (in number of cylinders) of Indane/HP/BP domestic use LPG cylinders supplied by IOC/HP/BP to M/s ………………………… (Agency name) , from ………………to ……………………..(date)
