Provident Fund balance status

I have worked in an organisation for 6months and left it.I dont know the PF details,the PF number.How come I know that information?When do i get back my PF money?How is it calculated?
please help me in this case.

Hi Yashwant,

You have 2 optioins with you.

1) Either transfer your amount to a new PF account (opened by new company)
2) Withdraw amount from previous account.

For Step 1

Need to fill Form 13 and submit to your present employer who further will send it to your previous employer and he will transfer money to this new account

For Step 2
***********

You have to contact your previous employer and they will give you some forms (number sorry I forget) in order to withdraw this money.
