Clarifications 1. Should the Institute produce the certified copies of Mark sheets and educational certificates (School Certificates to highest degree) of our employees.
2. Should the Institute produce the reprints of the research papers (not at our possession) of our employees.
Kindly help asap.

Is your institute a public authority ?Sponsorer
If yes, then:
1. Certified copies of Mark sheets and educational certificates have to be disclosed if they were submitted by the employees at the time of employment
2. Are the reprints of research papers available on "record' with the institute ?
Are they protected by copyright ?
Based on above two, you can take a decision.

The record which is not in your possession must be informed as "Not Available" But this information has to be provided to applicant definitely.
