Mobile lost ( pick-pocketed) But No FIR is being registerd by Police
Hi Team,
I have lost my Black berry mobile few days back while traveling in metro, i am continuosly requesting Police officer to lodge a FIR but they are not ready for this and giving me thousand excuses , please let me know how to lodge FIR for the Mobile theft. Also they are telling me if mobile is lost in Metro then you need to go in Metro Police station. I am really frustrated now pls pls help me...

I just wanted to know if i can lodge a FIR if mobile is lost due to pic-pocketing and that too in metro.if yes then under which act of IPC?...i want this info so that i can tell them about the rules.....
