How wily Public Authorities and PIO's try to fool even the Information Commissioners

Members of this forum feel very happy when they get a favorable order/decision from the CIC/SIC.

But how many of us have taken the trouble to follow up and ensure that the order is really implemented and enforced ?

Attached is an interim order from the Punjab SIC. The Public Authority and the PIO even tried to "fool" the Information Commission !

Just read the full order attached to see how they did it.
