Denial of name of Interview Board Members in a Selection Board

On my query to CPIO of a Ministry to disclose the Name of experts in an Interview Board constituted for Selection of a High Level post in a Govt Department. The reply of CPIO, I quote

"The Names of Experts of the Interview Board can not be disclosed in terns of Sections 8(1)(e) and 8(1)(g) of RTI Act 2005 as they have the fiduciary relationship with the board"

Can CPIO deny to disclose the name of experts in an interview board?
