Payment not received from ITBP Dear Sir / Madam,
We are the service provider/consultant. We have done the work at ITBP without any written communication from them on the faith of words. After completion of work the Commandant has transferred and new commandant is not going to release our balance payment of Rs. 80,000/- from the month of April'2011.Someone from ITBP has conveyed to us and they are saying we are trying to release your payment. Every time they are saying give us a call and come. We have visited the ITBP quite frequently but helpless. And now they are attending the calls and neither reply the mail.
Please let us know how we can get our balance payment of Rs. 80,000/-

This seems to be a hopeless situation from RTI point of view . ITBP is placed under Second Schedule of RTI Act and not covered under RTI Act . ITBP will answer RTI queries in relation to corruption and human right violations . Your case does not fall in that category .Sponsorer
If somehow you are able to establish corruption in the affair , only then RTI may help you . But you have no letter of intent either from ITBP .
