Hi, We have registered out flat in Bangalore on March,2008.The flat was under construction at the time of registration.After paying the complete amount, my builder is asking us to pay service tax.He says service tax amount is 4.5%of the total amount.We were not told about this when we did the complete payment and now the 4.5% is huge money to pay.We donot want to pay this to builder at any price.Let me know your suggestion.
