Sir i live in second floor of the dda flat. these flats are four storeyed. i want to know that with whom, of the four different owners of four flats(storeys) the right of the roof of the top floor (where the water tanks of all four flat owners are installed) stays. i mean to say that who of the four owner can built fifth floor on the roof of fourth floor thanks sanjeev arya      |
