Acknowledge receipt of RTI application any procedure for getting the acknowledgement for receipt of RTI Application with all contents of enclosure by AA/CIC Office.
Facing problem on missing of pages of enclosure even posted through Registered AD.
Please help on this

their is no binding on CIC Office to provide acknowledgement for receipt of RTI Application as per RTI Act. but same can be asked from postal department.Sponsorer

The contents of submitted Appeals to AA / IC can only be confirmed by filing an RTI Application with these two authorities .
I have read your apprehensions , but there is no solution to it .

It is better to efile second appeal or complaint at www.rti.india.gov.in
You can also now email missing papers in pdf format by getting email of concerned asstt/deputy registrar from www.cic.gov.in
